Motel Policy
Check-in/out Policy
- Check in 2:00PM, Check out 11:00. For check-ins after 9pm contact office.
Early Check-in/Late Checkout
- Request accepted depending on availability, $25/hour additional.
Guarantee Policy
- Valid credit card required. Same card at check-in. Management may cancel for fraud. Cannot guarantee room number, only room type.
RESERVATIONS MADE WITH DECLINED OR INSUFFICIENTLY FUNDED CREDIT CARDS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED.
Cancellation/Amendment Policy
- 48hrs prior no fee. Within 48hrs up to 2 nights + tax. No-show 100%.
Complaints or Comments
- Contact duty manager at time of stay.
Smoking Policy
- Non-smoking rooms. $250 penalty.
Pet Policy
- Not pet-friendly. $250 penalty.
General information
- No cooking appliances except microwave. $250 extra cleaning fee.
Housekeeping
- Daily unless DND tag. Limited hours. Fresh towels at office.
Refund Policy
- Early departure refund minus $10 admin fee and 5% processing fee.
Damages
- 100% replacement value plus shipping. Criminal charges possible.
Deep Cleaning
- $50/hour for rooms left in poor condition.
Damage to Mattresses and Bedding
- 100% replacement value for damage from oils, makeup, food etc.
TV
- Roku TVs - guest responsible for logging out of personal accounts.
To maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all our guests, we do not accept reservations from individuals residing within a 50-mile radius of our motel. Valid ID is required at check-in.
